Paradise Found Costa Rica will charge 50 % BOOKING DEPOSIT per tour to credit card or PayPal at the confirmation of the reservation. The balance due will be paid in full day of your tour.
Tour re-scheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. If rescheduling is requested with less than 72 hours of scheduled tour, the total cost of the tour will have to be paid again.
All Airport Transportation/Sailing/
Sunset Sail/Fishing/Snorkeling tours must be pre-paid in full.
Tour cancellations made with at least 72 hours prior scheduled date are fully refundable minus the credit card charging fees (5%). Tour cancellations made with less than 72 hours are non-refundable and any balance due will be charged to credit card provided.
Tours cancelled by Paradise Found due to unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled. If reschedule is not possible at all because of the weather you will receive a 100% refund. There are no refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages or not shows.
Cancellations MUST be notified via email:
GROUPS (15 people & up): 50% Due on Booking Confirmation, Balance must be paid 30 days prior to scheduled date. Cancellations over 30 day will receive a 50% is refund. Cancellations: under 30 days prior to scheduled date there’s no refund.
**All reservations/tours confirmed during the weeks of Peak season – December 15th – January 15th, must be pre-paid in full and there’s no refund.
